Rates & Payment Information
Rates
$110 per 50-minute session. My fee for assessments range from $250.00-$800.00 depending on the assessment procedure. I am a preferred (in-network) provider for First Choice Health. If you have a different insurance plan, you will be responsible for payment of my full fee at the time of service; however, I can submit insurance claims on your behalf. You may be partially reimbursed for my services, but I cannot guarantee this. Here are questions that I recommend you ask your insurance provider before coming to see me for your first visit:
- Do I have coverage for "outpatient mental health"?
- Does my coverage require preapproval or a referral from my primary care physician?
- How many sessions do I have per year?
- What is my deductible and co-pay?
- What percentage of my psychotherapy fees are covered?
- Do my benefits cover only in-network providers, or do I also have out-of-network benefits?
- Are services provided by Elana Rosencrantz. (or whomever you are interested in seeing) covered by my plan? (Your insurance carrier may ask you for the therapist's credentials. I am a licensed mental health counselor).

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Making an online payment
Important: You do not need
to have a PayPal account to use this service. Once you click on the "Pay Now" button below, you will
automatically be redirected to PayPal's secure website for payment
processing. PayPal will send out confirmation emails to you and me to
notify both of us of your payment.
Limits to Confidentiality: Emails are not a secure form of electronic communication. Please keep this in
mind when you fill in the "description" field in PayPal.
